Copyright and Publication Rights Notice

Copyright

The authors must also attach the copyright assignment form duly filled out and signed. With this they transfer the rights to publish the manuscript. The author information form for our database must also be attached. They must also attach a letter or form indicating that the research has the informed consent and endorsements of the bioethics committee when appropriate. In addition, authors must declare whether any conflict of interest exists in the preparation of the research.

These forms are required for the editorial process to continue.

The author is responsible for the total content of the manuscript and, therefore, their position does not compromise the publishing entity, the Autonoma University of Manizales, or Ánfora Journal’s editorial and scientific board.

The authors must assume that the manuscripts published in Ánfora can be reproduced without express authorization as long as mention is made of the author or authors, the page numbers that the article covers, the number of the edition, the year of publication, and the Ánfora Journal as the source.

When there are two or more authors, the Ánfora Journal assumes that the first author cited is the main author and that the order of the others is agreed upon among them. Disputes about the order of appearance of the authors are not admitted, once the manuscript is published, since the Journal adheres to what was declared by the same authors in the original manuscript.

Ánfora Journal accepts the guideline of the Ethics Committee of Publications, COPE, which states that “The adjudication of authorship must weigh the intellectual contributions to the conception, design, analysis, and writing of the study as well as the data collection and other routine jobs. If a specific task cannot reasonably be attributed to a particular author, then it should not be recognized as having an author.” If a person has contributed to the manuscript, but their contribution is not part of any of the descriptions, here indicated, that author may be mentioned in the acknowledgments section.
